Your Bathroom, Brought Up To Date.

Updated vanity, modern fixtures, new tile, and fresh paint. The look of a remodel, done in days instead of weeks.

Overview

A refresh gives you the bathroom you want without living through a full gut. We update what you actually see and use every day: the vanity that replaces the original, new tile in the shower, lighting that matches the mirror, fixtures and hardware that make the whole room feel intentional, and fresh paint to tie it together. The result reads like a remodel. The difference is speed and disruption. We keep your existing layout, so most refreshes are finished in days rather than weeks, and you are not tearing the room down to the studs to get there. We handle the whole package: tile, vanity, fixtures, flooring, paint, and hardware. We scope it with you up front, so you know exactly what you are getting and what it costs before we start.

How it works

Straightforward, start to finish.

  1. Send us photos of the space and tell us what bothers you about it. We will suggest a refresh plan.
  2. We provide a detailed, itemized quote. Every line item is clear, no hidden costs.
  3. Materials sourced (or you pick your own) and installation scheduled. Most refreshes take 1–3 days.
  4. Final walkthrough. We clean up and leave your space ready to use.
What is the difference between a bathroom refresh and a full remodel?

A refresh updates the surfaces and fixtures that define the room (tile, vanity, lighting, paint, and hardware) while keeping your existing layout. A remodel moves walls, plumbing, or the floor plan. We focus on refreshes because they deliver most of the impact in a fraction of the time. If your project calls for bigger structural changes, we will scope that with you honestly.

Can you replace my vanity without a plumber?

Yes, as long as the new vanity uses the same drain and supply line locations. Most standard vanity swaps are a direct replacement. We disconnect the old one, install the new one, and reconnect the plumbing. If your new vanity requires moving drain or supply lines, that would need a plumber.

How long does a bathroom refresh take?

A fixture-only refresh (lights, mirror, faucet, hardware) takes about half a day. A full refresh with paint, flooring, and vanity swap takes 2–3 days. We give you a day-by-day schedule before we start.

Do you supply the materials or do I buy them?

Either way works. Many clients pick their own tile, vanity, and fixtures to match their taste. We can also recommend and source materials if you want guidance. Labor pricing is the same either way.

Get started

Send us a photo.

A free estimate starts with a photo and a few measurements, so one stain on the ceiling doesn’t cost you an appointment. A bathroom or a bigger scope gets a visit, because that one should be walked in the room. Either way, one price for the job before it starts.
